While offshore work came with initial challenges, including rigorous training, Melissa is proud of how far she\u2019s come. Her advice to other women? \u201cDon\u2019t listen to negativity. Go for it\u2014don\u2019t let anyone stop you from what you want in this life.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
