But tapping these opportunities requires long-term investments in skills, training, and partnerships, according to Halliburton\u2019s Country Lead in Guyana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking during a panel discussion on building a sustainable local content ecosystem at the Guyana Energy Conference, Halliburton\u2019s Country Lead, Vahman Jurai said several areas of the oilfield services supply chain still have room for local companies to develop capacity.
