In response, the Ministry of Education has ramped up efforts to ensure that technical education and training are a priority for the workforce.
With a clear vision for 2025 and beyond, the Ministry is trying to equip students with the practical skills needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving labor market. Dr. Ritesh Tularam, the Deputy Chief Education Officer for Technical Education, shared invaluable insights into the way forward.
