The company also supported the Innovation Challenge 2024, underscoring its support for Information and Community Technology. Led by the Office of the Prime Minister’s Industry and Innovation Unit, the competition provided a platform for local talent to develop innovative digital solutions for traffic challenges in Guyana. This initiative is led by the Vurlon Mills Football Academy.

The company’s sustainability footprint expanded to Region 2 for the first time. It partnered with the non-profit organisation, Food for the Poor Guyana, to execute a community building construction project in Little Red Village, Onderneeming. These efforts underpin the company’s Environment, Social and Governance approach, and demonstrates its commitment to upskilling the workforce and contributing to the well-rounded development of young Guyanese.
