Since joining G-Boats Incorporated in February 2021, Mr. Brigeshwar Arjun’s career path has been marked by dedication, hard work and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As an Operations Coordinator focused on client reporting at G-Boats, Brigeshwar has navigated through diverse industries, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his role.
Before embarking on his current role at G-Boats, Brigeshwar spent eight years in the marine sales industry. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, he quickly moved up the ranks to Customer Service Representative and eventually to Senior Customer Service Representative. His career then took a turn towards the automotive sector, where he served as a Brand Coordinator for an automotive dealership.
Brigeshwar’s educational journey laid a solid foundation for his professional endeavors. He completed his secondary education at St. Stanislaus College before pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Guyana.
Brigeshwar’s transition to G-Boats was a calculated move. “I actually saw an advertisement on Facebook for an Operations Coordinator,” he recalls. Intrigued by the duties and responsibilities, and confident in his qualifications, he applied for the position. After a series of interviews, he was chosen for the role, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career.
Since starting at G-Boats, Brigeshwar has experienced significant growth. Initially hired as an Operations Coordinator, he transitioned to the role of Operations Coordinator for Client Reporting in December 2021. In this capacity, he acts as a vital link between G-Boats and clients, maintaining constant communication, providing updates, gathering feedback, submitting reports and coordinating regulatory inspections.
For Brigeshwar, the dynamic nature of his job is a major highlight.
“I like that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get better than yesterday,” he shares.
He values the teamwork at G-Boats, where everyone collaborates to ensure client satisfaction and the successful completion of tasks.
The past three years at G-Boats have been transformative for Brigeshwar, both personally and professionally. He fondly mentions his marriage and starting a family as significant personal milestones.
